One of the most acclaimed jazz musicians of the younger generation
One of the most acclaimed jazz musicians of the younger generation. He became famous amongst jazz circles in 2007 when he won at two prestigious international competitions: The Thelonious Monk International Jazz Competition and the Carmine Caruso International Jazz Trumpet Solo Competition. He performed and recorded with other well-known jazz musicians, amongst others Jack DeJohnette, Vince Mendoza, Gerald Clayton, David Binney and Alan Pasque. However, he is also leading his own bands for years and has recorded three solo albums.
