At the Croatian Tourism Days on 9 and 10 October 2023, Rovinj won following prizes:

• Cap Aureo Signature Restaurant – Gastronomic experience of the year
• Grand Park Hotel Rovinj – Finalist in the Best Hotel of the Year category
• Town of Rovinj – Finalist in the category Tourist destination of the year 'Champion of Croatian tourism'

Rovinj has also been regularly receiving recognitions from the Croatian Radio-Television and the Croatian Chamber of Economy in the framework of the Tourist Flower – Quality for Croatia (Turistički cvijet – Kvaliteta za Hrvatsku) campaign.

In the category of the largest tourist destinations with over 10,000 beds, the town of Rovinj was awarded for winning:

• third place in 2005
• second place in 2007
• first place and the title of the Champion of Croatian Tourism (Turistički prvak Hrvatske) in 2008
• first place in 2009

In the category of the best 5-star hotels, the Hotel Monte Mulini was awarded for winning:

• second place in 2011

In the category of the best 4-star hotels, the Eden Hotel was awarded for winning:

In the category of the best 4-star hotels the Istria Hotel was awarded for winning:

• the award for the promotion and development of the wellness offer in 2007 and 2008

In the category of the best 3-star hotels, the Park Hotel was awarded for winning:

• first place in 2007 and 2009

In the category of small camps, Ulika was awarded for winning:

In the Croatia’s Best Manager Competition organized by the Croatian Managers and Entrepreneurs Association (CROMA) on 23rd November, 2012 the Management Board of CROMA selected Manageress of the Tourist Board of Rovinj-Rovigno Ms Odete Sapač Manager of the Year in the State-Owned Enterprise category.
