City Car Parks
KOMUNALNI SERVIS d.o.o. manages all city indoor and outdoor paid parking facilities in the City of Rovinj-Rovigno.
Paid parking lots are divided into:
- CLOSED PARKING LOTS (control and payment via entry/exit terminals and barriers):
Velika Valdibora, Mala Valdibora, Boksiti, Nova Hladnjača, Fra Pavla Pellizzera, and the Grand Park Hotel garage.
- OPEN PARKING LOTS (payment via parking meters, divided into ZONES 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5):
ZONE 1: Matteo Benussi Cio, Tommy.
ZONE 2: Carducci, HEP, Fontera, Obala Aldo Negri, Vijenac braće Lorenzetto, Istarska 1 (across from the Health Center), Sv. Vid.
ZONE 3: Obala Vladimira Nazora, Fontana, Matteo Benussi, Istarska 2 (near the Police Station and Naridola kindergarden), 43. istarske divizije, Stanka Pauletića, Gimnazija, Mirna, Ampelea, Braće Brajković, Obala Nona.
ZONE 4: Monvi, Basketball Court, Cademia, Football Field, Škaraba, Punta, Kuglana, Bolnica, San Pelagio, Luigi Monti, Porton Biondi, Centener-Cuvi, Cemetery.
ZONE 5 (EXCLUSIVELY for parking buses, campers, and trucks): Gripole – Spinè.
Payment for parking services at municipal closed parking lots in the city of Rovinj can be made at an automatic or manual payment terminal.
Payment for parking services in public open parking lots is possible by purchasing a parking ticket at a parking meter, at an authorized point of sale of KOMUNALNI SERVIS d.o.o. (Valdibora parking cashier’s office), at Tisak, iNovine and Azzurro kiosks, at the Aries agency, via the Bmove and Aircash applications, by sending an SMS (only for Croatian mobile numbers), or by paying the service by scanning a QR code or via the web portal portal.komunalniservis.hr.
In the city area, there are two parking lots for campers and buses, equipped with free basic infrastructure (water supply, sanitary facilities, and wastewater disposal), available to users 24 hours a day. The parking lots designated for campers and buses are: Fra Pavla Pellizzera and Gripole-Spinè.
