That only true value has no expiry date is proven by the only Rovinj distillery – of bitter and unique cream liqueurs and other Darna alcoholic drinks. The distillery has since its establishment in 1925 based its operations on original recipes, raw materials, and botanicals to produce the final product. The production relies on the old technology of producing high quality natural spirits, and only fresh and natural ingredients are used. Bitters contain macerates and natural colors obtained through sugar caramelization in special copper kettles.
