Rovinj achieved two million overnight stays

According to data from the eVisitor system, on Saturday, July 19, 2025, three days earlier compared to last year, Rovinj recorded two-millionth overnight stays. From the beginning of the year until now, the number of overnight stays is 5% higher compared to the same period last year, and the number of arrivals, totaling 400,115, is 7% higher than in the previous year.
The highest number of overnight stays during this period was made by Germans, accounting for 28% of the total (same as last year), Austrians with 16% (1% less than the same period last year), domestic guests with 8% (22% more than the same period last year), Slovenians with 7% (14% more than the same period last year), and Serbians with 5% (21% more than the same period last year).
Most overnight stays were recorded in campsites (43% share), hotels (24%), private accommodation (20%), and tourist resorts (10%).
Currently, 34,635 registered guests are staying in our destination, which is 2% more than on the same day last year. Most guests are from Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
