Tourist Board Membership Fee for 2020

Pursuant to the new Tourist Board Membership Fee Act (OG 52/19), that came into force on 1 January 2020, and in accordance with the Regulations on the annual lump sum membership fee for persons who provide hospitality services in private accommodation and on family farms as well as the TZ forms for the payment of membership fees to a Tourist Board (OG 14/20), the tourist membership fee is paid in a lump sum as follows:

  Private accommodation        – per bed

 

Accommodation on a family farm – per bed  
Annual lump sum membership fee (in Kuna) 45,00 30,00
 

Private accommodation in a campsite and in a facility of the campsite-rest area type or a campsite-rest area – Robinson accommodation    

– per each accommodation unit

 

Accommodation on a family farm in a campsite and in a facility of the campsite-rest area type – Robinson accommodation

Annual lump sum membership fee (in Kuna) 80,00 60,00

 

The annual lump sum membership fee for extra beds is reduced by 50% (Article 7 Paragraph 4 of the Regulations). Membership fee payers can pay it in full by 31 July of the current year or in three equal installments, with the first installment to be paid by 31 July, the second by 31 August, and the third by 30 September of the current year.

Persons who provide hospitality services in private accommodation and on family farms submit the special TZ 2 Form to the competent Tax Administration, which can be downloaded from here: https://www.porezna-uprava.hr/HR_obrasci/Documents/OSTALO/TZ%202.pdf, by 15 January of the current year for the preceding year.
