International contest and choir festival
Chorus Inside festival is an international festival of choirs that connects the passion for music and singing with the universal values of friendship and solidarity. The Chorus Inside Croatia festival in Rovinj tries to encourage the arrival of specific musical groups, and the goal is to increase the quality of amateur singing, given that it is a competitive model of the festival, which includes various workshops for singers and conductors.
More than 500 singers from 10 different countries in a total of 18 choirs will participate in this year's Chorus Inside Croatia festival. The festive opening concert of the festival will be held in the Church of St. Euphemia in Rovinj, on Sunday, August 25, starting at 8:00 p.m., when the choirs will present themselves with a selection from their sacred program.
This year, for the first time, choirs from distant countries such as Brazil, Taiwan, Latvia and Georgia are coming to the festival, along with choirs from Poland, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine and Croatia.
