A month after the Tourist Board employees launched a contest for children's environmental works on the subject of flowers and improved environment, an exhibition featuring the most successful works was opened. Around thirty youngsters attending Rovinj kindergartens and primary schools won the first and equal prizes, and their works adorned the walls of the coffee shop in Hotel Adriatic.
In addition to the youngest authors, the opening of the exhibition was also attended by their parents, kindergarten and school teachers, and Tourist Board director Dario Činić who commended the young artists for their effort and pronounced them future ambassadors of a nicer, cleaner and more developed Rovinj.
All the young authors participating in the exhibition, who seem to perceive their town as a lively flower meadow judging by the exhibited paintings, were awarded a diploma by the organizer and sweet gift packages.
