Baroque Music Festival BaRoMus: Ensamble Responsorium (Croatia); Monteverdi and the art of emotions
The first concert organised as part of the 8th BaRoMus Baroque Music Festival to be held this year will take place on June 21, 2012 at 9 p.m. at the Church of St. Francis (Crkva Sv. Franje).
The first concert organised as part of the 8th BaRoMus Baroque Music Festival to be held this year will take place on June 21, 2012 at 9 p.m. at the Church of St. Francis (Crkva Sv. Franje).
The concert performance entitled Monteverdi and the Art of Emotions (Monteverdi i umjetnost emocija) will be given by the Responsorium Ensemble. During the festival, which will take place from June 21 to July 11, 2012, the visitors will be able to attend a dozen of free concerts. The festival will retain its original program concept resting somewhere between creativity, reproduction, tradition, improvisation, interpretation and research, i.e. between past, present and future, in the synthesis of the sounds of centuries past and contemporary harmonies.
