11th consecutive Sprint Triathlon in Rovinj was traditionally held again this year, organized by Triathlon Club Rovinj and Croatian Triathlon Association. Start and finish lines of the race were in Lona bay, near ACI Marina and Park Hotel, and around 50 atheletes from Croatia, Slovenia and Italy participated. The Sprint Triathlon ranking counts towards ranking for championships of Croatia and Istrian County.
The sections that the athletes had to pass are 750m of swimming, 22 kilometers of biking (Rovinj-Bale-Rovinj and 5 kilometers of runnning in park forest of Zlatni Rt (Punta Corrente).
