6.30 – 8.00 p.m. Presentation of the Traditional Grape Processing Procedure
7.30 – 9.00 p.m. Competition in Barefoot Grape Stomping
Starting at 7 p.m. Sale of Glasses for Tasting Wine Samples (at the gazebo at the beginning of the small pier). Price per Glass: HRK 70.00
7 – 11 p.m. Beginning of the Tasting of the Finest Istrian Wines
7 – 11 p.m. At the gazebo by the coast next to the small pier to the left, you will have a chance to enjoy a serving of the authentic Istrian prosciutto. Afterwards, you will also be given the opportunity to taste the Kumparička cheeses from Mutvoran and the Vesna-Loborika cheeses.
