An excellent concert was held within Rovinj night on rock Balota in front of large audience, mostly jazz and blues fans. The concert evening was opened by a British guitarist Clive Carol, one of the best world acoustic guitarist who at this occasion played some of his own compositions and medieval British and traditional Irish songs. The second part of the concert was reserved for the great Kvarner music diva -singer Meri Trošelj, who was accompanied by guitarist Damir Halilić-Hal.
This musician from Rijeka performed some of her songs, getting ovations for her interpretations of well known blues compositions and winning the audience who requested an encore. In addition, the concert on a magical rock Balota, which this summer had become a new gathering place of Rovinj residents and their guests, was organized by the Town Tourist Board.
