For the second year in a row, the tourist and hotel establishment Maistra, in cooperation with the town tourist board, organised a manifestation entitled the ‘Autumn Taste of Rovinj.’

For the second year in a row, the tourist and hotel establishment Maistra, in cooperation with the town tourist board, organised a manifestation entitled the ‘Autumn Taste of Rovinj.’ The town square sales stalls offered fine wine and some brandies, while autumn, tasty delicacies were being prepared in frothing pots. Among other things, townsfolk and guests of Rovinj had the opportunity to try the traditional Istrian pasta called fuži, in combination with local beef, shrimp and edible bolete salad and venison with yet another indigenous pasta, pljukanci. Desserts boasted the especially inciting mousse, and the attractive chestnut cake.

Except for the sunny and temperate weather, the cultural association of Stjepan Žiža from Rovinjsko Selo, the Eligio and Maurizio duo, and Kristian Terzić and Tasha took care of fine atmosphere and music.
