This young and exceptionally talented musician, who performs throughout the world including some of the most prestigious jazz clubs such as the Village Vanguard and the Jazz Standard, was the sovereign ruler of the scene during the hour and a half, unified with her instrument and communicating with other members of the Quartet. Thus she exhibited why the Jazz Journalists’ Association dubbed her the best clarinettist for four years in a row, and why critics of the renowned American magazine Down Beat repeatedly place her at the summit of rising clarinettists.

She opened the Rovinj concert with an impressionable rendition of the composition "Hofin", only to, later, along the "Wedding" by Abdul Ibrahim, literally cast a spell over the audience by the sounds of the clarinet. The performance by Cohen and the Quartet was often interrupted by applause, while the drummer Daniel Freedmen was especially appreciated, as the author of the composition “Old Brothers” during which he dominated with his drum solos.

The concert by the Israeli multi-instrumentalist was held within the Avant-garde Jazz Festival, the principal sponsor of which is Maistra, and supported by the Town and the Rovinj Tourist Board.
