Common ecological market
A common ecological market (CEM) is a place for direct sale of farmers’ own, ecologically-grown products without agents. Besides local ecological farmers, at an CEM the produce of eco producers from across Croatia are presented as well. The purpose of CEMs is to ensure support to small ecological farming estates by providing them with an opportunity to market their produce, as well as to build confidence and solidarity between customers and producers.
