Another Rovinj Restaurant Awarded a Michelin Star

As of today, July 1, 2025, Rovinj can boast another restaurant with a Michelin star. Besides Monte, the first Croatian restaurant to receive a Michelin star, and Agli Amici, the first in Croatia to earn two Michelin stars, Rovinj now proudly adds Cap Aureo, located within the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, which has just been awarded a Michelin star.
This new recognition is the result of anonymous evaluations of Croatian restaurants by professional Michelin inspectors, the most prominent and globally recognized restaurant guide. Michelin’s selection is an important indicator of the international recognition of our culinary offering.
This accolade for Rovinj’s gastronomy is a testament to the continuous improvement in quality, authenticity, and creativity of the local culinary scene, as high-end gastronomy is becoming a key reason for tourists to visit and an integral part of Rovinj’s offer.
