4 million overnight stays in Rovinj

According to data from the eVisitor system, 4 million overnight stays were realized in the Rovinj area on 30 September 2024. From the start of the year to today, in comparison with the same period last year, there was a decrease of 2% in the number of overnight stays, with 672,317 of total arrivals, which is also a decrease of 2% compared to last year.
During that period, the most numerous were tourists from Germany (33%), Austria (15%), Italy (6%), and Netherlands (6%), followed by Croatian tourists (5%).
The highest number of overnight stays was realized in campsites (46%), and then in private accommodations (23%), followed by hotels (19%) and tourist villages (10%).
At the moment, 12,040 guests are staying in Rovinj, mostly from Germany, Austria and Croatia.
