At the end of August and at the beginning of September, Rovinj will host a rich music and entertainment program which will attract numerous lovers of good entertainment.

Saturday, 31 August, is reserved for energetic performances by popular music artists, namely The Soulfingers, who will perform at the main town square at 9 p.m., and Baby Lasagna, who will take the stage at 11 p.m. With their performances, they will warm up the atmosphere for the upcoming September events organised by the Rovinj-Rovigno Tourist Board.

A week later, as part of the Euphemia Festival, Rovinj festivities will continue with a rich cultural and entertainment program.

On Wednesday, 4 September, a new theatre show by Irena Grdinić and Mario Lipovšek Battifiaca called Četiri sprovoda i vjenčanje – Đurđa i Franko (Four Funerals and a Wedding – Đurđa and Franko) will be performed at the Multimedia Centre, starting at 8 p.m. (free tickets can be collected at the Tourist Board office on 3 September at 1 p.m.).

On Friday, 6 September, at 12 noon, the City Art Rovinj-Rovigno exhibition by Damir Hoyka will be opened at the main town square.

At 6:30 p.m., the Pazin Folklore Ensemble will parade through the city centre, followed by the Roxanne dance company whose parade will start at 8:30 p.m. and include a dance performance to the Interstellar music at several locations. After 10 p.m., the White Light Stilt Angels, light stilt walkers, will take a walk along the town’s waterfront.

The music program will start at 8:30 p.m. at the top of the Grisia Street with a performance by the Valdibora a cappella vocal ensemble. At the same time, the popular Cambi group will give a performance at the main town square. The program will continue at 10:30 p.m. with Matija Cvek & The Funkensteins.

In the evening hours, the main town square will also feature a photo point – the Pablo photo booth bus.

Saturday, 7 September, brings a diverse program which will start already in the morning hours, i.e., at 11 a.m., when the Rovinj Brass Band and Rovinj Majorettes will parade through the city centre.

The music program will also start at 8 p.m. with a performance by the Viècia Ruveîgno trio at the Riviera Square and a performance by DJ For Shure at the Marshall Tito Square. The program will continue with a performance by the Griff band at 9 p.m., and a performance by the popular Italian band The Kolors at 11 p.m. Just like on Friday, the Roxanne dance company will start parading through the city centre at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday as well, stopping in several locations to give a dance performance to the Interstellar music. After 10 p.m., the Flowers stilt walkers will take a walk along the town’s waterfront.

In the evening hours, the main town square will also feature a photo point – a 360 photo booth.

The entire program is free for the visitors.
