Play "Münchhausen"
The Martišnjak z Muštaci Association invites all interested parties to the play "Münchhausen". Before the play, there will be a performance by the band "Duo Henk & Ivica", and after the play, there will be a performance by the famous Rovinj musical group "I love Broadway".
More about the play (Director – Boris Kovačević, Play – Vilim Matula) - Countless thick books have been written about why people lie and how they do it. The art of lying that Baron Münchhausen presents to us captivates with the exuberance of his wild imagination. However, his lies are not the result of demagogic manipulation of grains of truth. Such lies are used everywhere on our planet by cunning earthlings, doing so at all levels of life in the form of sophisticated business tricks, high-stakes cultural squabbles and malignant political scheming. Münchhausen's lies, compared to all this, are benign platitudes that, like magic, can make us laugh to tears, helping us not to forget how true laughter works, that peculiar mechanism that, if a person were to resort to it more often, could perhaps bring a certain amount of self-healing.
Tickets will be on sale on the day of the performance and the ticket price is 10 euros.
