From September 27 to September 30 St. Anrew´s Island near Rovinj, once more will be hosting the International Underwater Film and Photography Festival White Lion. In this year's adition of the festival a few new and knowledged artists will be mentioned with their not yet seen in public works of art. Rob Stewart from Canada, and Peter Lombar from Slovenia, both prestigious global winning awarded film producers in the segment of the underwater film documentaries will present Sharkwater and S-CUBA, two movies which will dive us into the wonderfull undersee world, showing us the amazing wilderneess that breathes underneath the see surface, in a perspective which was not yet seen from.

The reviewing part of the festival is also presenting a young new contestant, Vladimir Mladenović, a 33 year old camerman and underwater film producer from Serbia. His talent will be presented in the movie U mom svetu (In my world). The visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy a short film production Prometheus, a creative, interesting act, from the genious film making crew: Ignacio F. Rod, Josep M. Gifreu, Laia R. San Juan, a work team of young, creative people whose talent is not yet been discovered on a global level.

In the end, two very important exhibitions are to be mentioned, Podvodni svijet (Undersee world), an exhibition of children's work of art, and Stari ronioci Rovinja (Old Rovinj Scuba divers) – a collection of old photos from Rovinj scuba diving life, which will be opened for public the entire time during the festival. During the event workshops of Marjan Radović will be held, Croatian photographer who will be exposing different skills of the underwater film making photography for those interested.
