This year the popular festival of Mediterranean music Sete Sóis Sete Luas marks its 21st season featuring exciting live music concerts:

7Luas.Orkestra.20 (the Mediterranean), Athor Vittoria Choir
7Luas.Orkestra.20°, conducted by Mario Incudine, represents the magic of the Mediterranean music, the mystery of a unique language that connects several nations with the spiritual and cosmic fullness of the universal song. 7Luas.Orkestra.20° is composed of six renowned artists, representatives of the most diverse musical cultures coming from the countries where the Sete Sóis Sete Luas Festival is held.
Tamara Obrovac Transhistria Electric (Istria, Croatia)
Singer, flautist, composer and songwriter Tamara Obrovac is one of the most significant and most versatile personalities on the Croatian music scene. Her albums represent a mix of jazz and ethnic influences of her native Istria. She will give a concert performance in Rovinj accompanied by her Transhistria Elektric Ensemble that will be performing a repertoire of songs from their album „Neću više jazz kantati“.
19.07.2013.
Mariana Ramos (Cape Verde)
Mariana Ramos has lived surrounded by music and for music ever since she was a little girl. Accompanied by acoustic guitars, drums and the cavaquinho, she manages to convey to the audience the feelings of sorrow and hope, weakness and joy. She has a velvety voice mixed with the colors of Cape Verde expressed through melodies that range from traditional to modern, flirting equally with jazz, Brazilian and African music, and the morna (Cape Verdean blues that inspired Fado).
Šćike (Istria, Croatia)
Šćike, an Istrian ethno folk music band, was founded in 2007. The main guiding idea was to engage in the transformation of traditional music and old Istrian songs and, using modern methods, adjust the same to modern times, thus keeping the same from falling into oblivion. In addition to modern instruments, the band gives special attention to old traditional instruments that have been used from ancient times, as well as old songs that serve as the basis for creating new ones.
20.07.2013.
Miguel Cañas (Andalusia, Spain)
Miguel Cañas, an eclectically-gifted dancer and choreographer, has a longtime experience in the world of flamenco: his performance combines the allure of the purest, traditional dance and a new avant-garde style, thus achieving a magnetic attraction of movements. His charismatic personality simply bursts out on stage in the form of a refined yet extravagant technique that mesmerizes and seduces.
Gustafi (Istria, Croatia)
Gustafi is a band that represents typical Croatian musical expression and the most complete world music product. Concert performances given by this band are based on seemingly impossible yet very efficient musical combinations.
All concerts will start at 9:00 p.m.
