After a long and warm summer days, once the summer hustle and bustle fade away, Rovinj invites you again to follow the paths of Rovinj delicacies and taste the finest Istrian specialties carefully made from seasonal, indigenous ingredients in as many as seven famous local restaurants.

Do not miss the autumn edition of the gourmet event Paths of Rovinj delicacies, which will be held from October 1 to 8 in Rovinj and head to one of the famous Rovinj restaurants where excellent chefs will prepare the most famous autochthonous Istrian dishes. Whichever restaurant you choose - Brancin da Nino, Marina, Fortuna, Štorija, Dream, Santa Roma or Ranch Fortuna - you cannot go wrong. Aside from the fact that there will be something for everyone, the rich fish and meat menus will be accompanied by top wines from local winemakers, carefully selected to go perfectly with the irresistible Istrian dishes.

Sea bass fillet with dried tomatoes and polenta, Istrian handmade pasta fuži with prosciutto, corn and arugula, pork loin with porcini mushrooms, octopus salad with flavoured potatoes, Istrian maneštra with berries, Istrian ombolo in wine, mussels and shrimps alla buzara and polenta or maybe a chocolate tart, panna cotta and baklava for dessert are just some of the top specialties that await you in Rovinj. The Tourist Board of Rovinj-Rovigno and the Association of Rovinj Craftsmen, in cooperation with the tourism company Maistra, have traditionally organized this gourmet event guided by common goals - the continuous enrichment of the offer of Rovinj and Istria as top gourmet destinations throughout the year, as well as the presentation of traditional Istrian cuisine to all local and foreign guests. The event Paths of Rovinj delicacies takes place in spring and autumn every year, and the only difference is in the seasonal ingredients that are carefully selected for the guests in order to best convey the uniqueness of the seasons in Istria, but also to stimulate the desire to discover tradition and indigenous flavours.
