This spring the menus of the most famous restaurants in Rovinj and Bale will boast all those products that make Istria a region recognized for high-quality food and wine. Seasonal Food & Wine is a gourmet event offering the guests a chance to experience the seasons of the year on their plates. In addition to a diverse selection of dishes in which authentic Istrian cuisine and its modern version come together, this year’s event will, just as in previous years, also boast a rich selection of wines. More specifically, for each seasonal product used in preparing the dishes on offer, the restaurants will also recommend a local wine that best accentuates its flavors.

This gourmet event is special in that all the fine dining dishes on offer are prepared by chefs from renowned, award-winning restaurants based in Rovinj and Bale. The restaurants participating in this year's Seasonal Food & Wine event are: La Serra Anno Domini 547 (Istria Hotel, St. Andrew's Island), Mediterraneo (Monte Mulini Hotel, Rovinj), Laurel and Berry (Grand Park Hotel Rovinj), La Grisa (Bale), Oliveto (Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery, Bale), Brasserie Adriatic (Adriatic Hotel, Rovinj), and Artičoka (Rovinj).
