Visitors will be given the choice of two menus at promotional prices.
Menu 1
Starter: Feral’s venison polenta with Istrian prosciutto and sheep’s milk cheese on a bed of mushrooms
Hot starter: Istrian cattle ravioloni
Main course: Veal loin in fine herbs sauce on toasted curd cheese, potato porcini, fine Julienne Harlequin
Dessert: Homemade sweet ravioli (krafi) on sabayon caramel sauce
Menu 2
Starter: Oily fish in Rovinj marinade with warty venus jelly and carpaccio of premium white fish
Hot starter: Homemade tortelli with crab and scallop garlic, tomato and wine stew
Main course: Poached seasonal white fish aurora tartufina, potato supice and green vegetables from a local grower
Dessert: Chocolate parfait with walnut and lime cream
Wine list: whites - Malvazija Grota, Pinot Gris Franc Arman; reds - Franc Arman and Rovinj house red
